Standard Coaching Package
Through monthly coaching (a commitment of 3 45-minute sessions/month for 4 months), we will work together to help you gain clarity on your topic and goals. Through exploration, targeted homework and action steps, you'll be able to truly move forward in your life and start living in ways you've only dreamed of!
This package also includes a 90-minute initial Discovery Session (your first session) to help you clarify your goals, values, and where you want to go.
What you get:
- 3 45-minute sessions per month
- light email follow up and support throughout the process
- a kick-ass ally who will demand more for your life than you might even imagine
- loads and loads of fun and tons and tons of growth -- guaranteed!
Cost: $300/month for minimum 4-month commitment (12 sessions total) OR $1000 total (2 free sessions!) ~ when you buy in bulk, your 12 sessions are good for up to 6 months
Acceleration Session
Are you dealing with a specific problem or project you'd like to get off the ground? Are you typically in a good place but find that you continue to be held back by a few things and need help shaking it?
Are you ready to leap in, to go balls out, but don't know where to start?
Are you super content with your career but find that you've completely sacrificed your personal life to make your career magic happen?
If you say yes to any of these, I can help.
Through my laser-focused, magic-making acceleration session, you'll get:
- a pre-session questionnaire to help get all the old stuff out of the way and get your started down the path of clarifying your goals and where you want to be going
- a 90-minute coaching session that helps you get clear on where you are now (NOT where you've been) and what you need to move forward AND a 30-minute follow-up to be used within a month of the main session
- brainstorming, goal setting, clarity building -- if you need it, we can do it.
- visioning and future momentum ~ look beyond the current circumstances of your life to the dreamiest future you can imagine...then think about stepping into that life!
- a sparkly ass-kicking ~ it's time to get real and it's time to make some magic. You owe this to your life.
Cost: $250 for 90-minute session and 30-minute follow-up
